On Tuesday (17/10) morning WIB, Portugal beat Bosnia and Herzegovina 5-0 in a Euro 2024 qualifier. Cristiano Ronaldo scored two goals in this game.

After only five minutes of play, Portugal took the lead over Bosnia. Ronaldo scored the first goal with a free kick. The Bosnian goalkeeper Ibrahim Cehic was already on the move when Ronaldo beat the goalkeeper.

Ronaldo then doubled Portugal's lead in the 20th minute. CR7 receives a through ball from Joao Felix.

Faced one-on-one with Ibrahim Cehic, Ronaldo chipped the ball into the goal.

Bruno Fernandes scored the third goal five minutes later. Bruno Fernandes fired a powerful shot to the near post after receiving it from Goncalo Inacio.


Sehic couldn't do much to block the ball. The ball flew quickly into the Bosnian goal.

Portugal's ferocity did not end in the first half. They managed to score the fourth goal in the 32nd minute through Joao Cancelo.

This goal was the result of Portugal's quick attack plan. Bruno Fernandes passes the ball to Ronaldo.

Ronaldo tried to shoot but could not touch the ball. The ball rolls to Joao Cancelo. Cancelo then fired a powerful shot into the top left corner of the Bosnia goal.

Portugal's fifth goal was scored by Joao Felix in the 43rd minute. Joao Felix finished Ottavio's pass well.

This goal was initially ruled offside. But after the referee discussed with the VAR team, the goal was allowed.

Leading by five goals in the first half, Portugal failed to score more goals in the second half. Bosnia looked stronger than their rivals in the first 45 minutes. However, Bosnia failed to score.

The match ended with Portugal winning 5-0.
