KOMPAS.com – England beat Italy 3-1 in the eighth match of Group C Euro 2024.

The Euro 2024 qualifying match between England and Italy will be held at Wembley Stadium on Wednesday (18/10/2023) in the morning WIB.

Harry Kane looked sharp at Wembley. The 30-year-old striker managed to score two goals in the 32nd minute and the 77th minute.

Another England goal against Italy was scored by Marcus Rashford in the 57th minute.

Meanwhile, Italy managed to score only one goal through Gianluca Scamacca's 15th minute goal.

Thus, the victory over Italy gave England a ticket to compete in Euro 2024.

Italy took a 1-0 lead over England in the 15th minute through Gianluca Scamacca.

It all started with Domenico Berardi's Giovanni Di Lorenzo stabbing right into the English penalty box.

Di Lorenzo then sent a cross to Scamacca. Soon after, Skamaka converted a right-footed shot into Itaya's goal.

However, Italy had bad luck. The reason is that in the 31st minute of the game, England won a free kick.

Harry Kane is believed to be England's penalty kicker. The Bayern Munich striker has been able to fulfill his mission well.

Thus, the first half of the game between England and Italy ended with a score of 1-1.

In the second half, England continued in the 57th minute when Rashford scored his name to lead Italy 2-1.

England started the counter-attack immediately after Phil Foden's pass to Jude Bellingham.

Bellingham lobbed the ball into the Italian's penalty box before laying it off to Marcus Rashford.

Rashford then looked for space to shoot. After finding a gap, he tried to break into the Italian goal.

In the 77th minute, Kane headed England into a 3-1 lead over Italy.

Ken receives a pass in Italy. As he was about to receive the ball, he was protected by Giorgio Scalvini.

However, Kane was calm. The former Tottenham Hotspur striker steals the ball into the Italian penalty box.

Kane used his right foot to shoot the ball into the goal.

No further goals were scored. These conditions led to England's 3-1 victory over Italy to secure victory.
